Media Buyer
We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a Media Buyer (All ad formats), with the potential for further advancement to Team Leader within our DAO AD team.
Level: Senior.
Type: Full-time | Remote.
Duration: Long-term.
English Proficiency: Intermediate.
What you will be doing:
- Launch, optimize, and scaling of the advertising campaign in such advertising formats as (and/or): push, in-page push, popunder/clickunder, video, in-app, native traffic, etc.).
- Analytics of advertising campaign results.
- Further recruitment of new people to the team to scale the links, their developments, and delegation of tasks.
- Drawing up plans and reports.
- Achieving pre-agreed KPIs.
Requirements:
- Experience in traffic arbitrage. In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing principles. Over 2 years of experience in the field.
- Successful experience working solo. Experience working "solo" is MANDATORY.
- Experience working with teaser/push networks. Understanding of all principles of working with advertising networks (launching an advertising campaign, key optimization parameters, and their analytics, understanding of how an auction works, etc.).
- Experience with such types of traffic as (and/or): push, in-page push, popunder/clickunder, video, in-app, native traffic, etc.
- Experience in verticals such as dating, adult, installs, lead generation, sweepstakes, finance, etc.
- Knowledge and understanding of what a tracker, postback, ROI, and other important variables and factors influencing the actual results are.

CMO / PR Lead

We are looking for an experienced CMO / PR Lead to help us scale the project, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen our brand presence.
Level: Senior.
Type: Full-time | Remote-first (Europe/London).
Reports to: CEO.
Team: Designer + PPC Manager — you assign tasks and review results.
Responsibilities:
- Manage PR and communications: create content for media and Telegram, prepare press releases, pitches, and comments.
- Lead event management: select conferences, organize booths, speeches, and networking activities.
- Drive content strategy: define topics, manage editorial plans, and create case studies, long reads, and newsletters.
- Develop partnerships: find new partners, negotiate collaborations, and launch joint promotions.
- Oversee digital hygiene: brief and review PPC campaigns, manage remarketing, TOV/message house, and CRO.
- Handle reputation management and crisis communication: monitor mentions, coordinate responses, and manage communications effectively.
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B performance/affiliate/adtech or related SaaS/traffic marketplaces.
- Proven experience managing PR campaigns and media relations with measurable results.
- Hands-on experience organizing conferences from application to post-event follow-up.
- Solid background in partnership development and joint marketing activities.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (for communication and events).
- Understanding of key verticals (dating, gambling, nutra) and platform compliance requirements.
Routine tasks:
Daily — Manage PR, approve texts and visuals, coordinate content and creative reviews, outreach to partners, monitor mentions, and brief the PPC and design team.
Weekly — Update editorial plan, prepare PR kits (release + pitch + headlines + media kit), meet with partners, analyze competitors, and coordinate event participation.
Monthly — Launch partner promotions, publish case studies and long reads, collaborate with platforms on joint webinars or AMAs, update brand materials, and coordinate offline participation in events.
Tools you’ll work with:
- PR & Communication: Email, Telegram, LinkedIn, media database, pitch tables.
- Content & Docs: Notion/Confluence, Google Docs, media library, Figma (via designer).
- Channels: Website/blog, Telegram, LinkedIn, newsletters (in coordination with PPC manager).
- Research: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Similarweb, creative and event monitoring tools.
Work style:
- You write your own content — releases, cases, scripts — and edit for clarity and precision.
- You coordinate tasks efficiently: designer ↔️ PPC ↔️ tech/accounts.
- You stay calm and factual under pressure — keeping tone, facts, and deadlines aligned.
